What this notice covers

How REJH Solutions handles personal data from this website, including the contact form. It does not cover data we process for a client under an engagement.

Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, work email address, company if you give it, and what you are trying to solve, with the page you sent it from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We also count which pages are opened and when the contact form is started, without cookies. Our cookie notice explains how. Our infrastructure keeps the ordinary technical records needed to run the site and detect abuse.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your enquiry to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. Analytics and technical records help us understand, run and protect the site. In each case the basis is our legitimate interest in doing so.

We make no automated decisions about you, do not profile you, and do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Where it is stored, and who sees it

Enquiries are stored, encrypted, in Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, and the REJH Solutions team is emailed so someone can reply.

Our providers for hosting, business email and analytics process data on our behalf. Where any of them process it outside the European Economic Area, an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after we receive them, or sooner if you ask. Technical records are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the site.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it. Email support@rejhsolutions.com and we will respond within one month.

Your right to object

Because we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to our use of your data at any time. Email support@rejhsolutions.com and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue.

Complaints

You can complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
